Orders & Order Acceptance

Pricing, Taxes & Promotions
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless otherwise stated, include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout. Prices and promotional offers may change, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by VELYN. Coupons and promotional offers may have additional conditions and generally cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Payments
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers. VELYN is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways or other third-party systems.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics providers, weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
Cancellation, Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Cancellation may be requested before dispatch, subject to order status. As VELYN products are consumable wellness products, opened or used products may not be eligible for return. Replacement or refund may be considered for wrong, missing, damaged, tampered, expired or defective products. Please contact
care@velynwellness.in within 2 Days of delivery with your order number and relevant photographs/details. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must follow product serving directions and storage instructions on the label. VELYN is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, misuse or failure to follow product instructions.
Intellectual Property
All VELYN names, logos, trademarks, product names, designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics and other Website content are owned by or licensed to VELYN. They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
